- Open the Adaxes Self-Service Portal.
- If prompted, log in with your Waukesha County username and password.
Note that if you have not enrolled in Adaxes Self-Service Password Reset, you will be prompted to enroll after logging in. Enrolling will enable you to reset your forgotten password and unlock your account without assistance.

- Click on Change password.
- Enter your current password and your new password, then click on OK.
