    MuniCycle Login and How-To

    For Waukesha County municipality recycling points of contact.

    MuniCycle is a tool that helps Waukesha County municipalities manage, measure, and assess the waste and recycling programs. 

    For your municipality to access MuniCycle, please send the email address of the person you would like to give access to: recycling@waukeshacounty.gov.

    Once the email address is submitted, please allow up to a week to receive an email noting that a Power Apps app has been shared with you. Once the email is received, please follow the directions below:

    Click the link from the sender Microsoft Power Apps

    Click the Open the App button: 

    Type in the email address you shared with the County and click Next.
    Click Send Code
    Type in the code that was sent to your email. Click Sign in.
    Click Accept
    The MuniCycle application opens.

    Please fill out the MuniCycle application:

    To fill out your community's recycling budget survey, please click the Begin <year> Budget Costs Form button.

    The Budget Costs form consists of 3 tabs:

    1. Vehicle/Equipment Costs
    2. Staff Costs
    3. General Costs

    Click the Unlock button to begin filling out each form.

    Be sure to complete all 3 tabs and when finished, click the Mark Complete button on the General Costs tab to finish. Tabs can be completed in any order. Progress can be saved and you may return at a later time to complete these tabs. 
     

    To fill out your community's recycling actual costs survey, please click the Begin <year> Actual Costs Form button.

    If this is your first time here, the system will ask you to either copy previously recorded vehicles or input new ones.

    Once complete, please move onto the rest of the tabs. Note- the Actual Costs form follow the Budget Costs form

    To fill out your community's recycling data form survey, please click the Begin <year> Recycling Data Form button.
    Please note, when filling out the Recycling Program form, there is a unit converter button that assists with converting drums, gallons and barrels.
