For test results, please reach out to the provider who administered your test. They will be the provider to access your test results. Please contact them directly.
Many providers allow you to access results by enrolling in the Covid Connect system. This is a fast and easy way to get your results in a timely manner.
If you are unable to retrieve your results from the testing provider, please email dhscovidtestingsos@dhs.wisconsin.gov for assistance.
